Copris & M was set up in 1989 on the initiative of the Main Control Center for Long Distance Communication and Television (now Russian Telecom - «Rostelecom») as one of the first joint ventures in the Soviet Union (reg.#148) specializes on granting various services in the field of communication and information technologies.

Designing, setting up and servicing proprietary (radiorelay) microwave television communication channels for Moscow representations of the leading world radio and television companies, such as CNN, ARD, ZDF, Nippon Television Network Corp. Designing, installation and servicing first proprietary stationary videoconference studio in the USSR and Russia. (1990-1996)
Designing, setting up and servicing proprietary Teleport Moscow-New-York and Moscow-Washigton, DC, as a duplicating network center for Russian Space Agency and NASA. (1993-1997)
Conceptual development of the application computer telephonic in the banking business, setting up a working model, training of people involving such banks as GUTA-bank and CONVERS-bank for creating their telephone accounting handling systems. (1994-1998)
